find more information Get ready to achieve the dancers’ legs you’ve always wanted.  We’ll start off with some plies in a narrow v pose, to define the inner, outer and front thighs.  Everything from hip circles i& pulses in our DEEPEST thigh work will quickly elevate the heart rate and effectively shape the legs and core.  We’ll then open this pose up to 2nd position work as we additionally streamline calves with ‘ imagenes de mujer soltera con hijos releves’ (heel lifts) and balances.  Be prepared to sweat and breathe through the intense burn in the legs… knowing that we are quickly changing our bodies with this specifically targeted work.
