WHAT IS ELISE JOAN FITNESS ALL ABOUT? With Elise Joan Fitness you get to create your own workouts by deciding how long they will be, which exercise formats (disciplines) you want, and what muscle groups you'll target. Elise will guide you along the way by channeling your energy toward a level of difficulty that is appropriate for you. Burn calories, build muscle, strengthen lung capacity, cultivate endurance and improve balance while being safely challenged!

The Elise Joan Fitness Library offers 10 minute videos in three different disciplines, each of which is choreographed in Elise's unique style of movement and flow. Every video targets the entire body, and has beginner and advanced options with guidance from Elise on choosing the one that is right for you.

 Everyone is different, and every day is different... so tailor personalized workouts to meet your goals, and  don't waste time doing the same old  workout videos over and over. MIX AND MATCH as many 10 minute videos from the Elise Joan Fitness library as you want, to create a seamless “BlissList” workout across any discipline, that is as long or short as you want it to be. You determine the order in which your video selections appear in the workout. You can also choose to target certain primary muscle groups, and create a workout (BlissList) in a single discipline or a combination of disciplines. Save your favorite BlissLists to create your own  Library for future use!

HOW DO I OPTIMIZE FLOW?

Elise Joan has choreographed Beginning videos (warm-ups), middle segments (more vigorous) and Ending (cool-down) videos in each discipline. Elise recommends including a Beginning and Ending video in your workouts, but it is up to you. Depending on how fit and limber you are and how much time you have, you may decide to skip one or both.

HOW DO I TARGET PARTICULAR MUSCLE GROUPS?

Each video segment works the whole body, but each is choreographed to emphasize certain primary muscle groups. Elise Joan Fitness lets YOU choose which muscle groups you want to emphasize in your custom workout so that you can meet your immediate goals. Change it up by making new custom workouts (BlissLists) as your goals change.

CREATE YOUR OWN CUSTOM WORKOUT “BlissList” LIBRARY

As a Registered Member you can save the workouts you design as BlissLists in your own library to use again. Have a ready repertoire of custom workouts of different lengths, in different disciplines, targeting different parts of your body.
