Challenge the core & stabilize the full body with this 10 minute sequence that combines strength & balance. You’ll get warm & focused with this well ‘balanced’ segment.

This series will build strength & heart rate for sure, with an emphasis on balancing postures, and the core strength needed to support them. Be ready for some serious burn in the legs, butt, and arms as well. We’ll begin a short stretch to prepare the spine safely & from there head right into deep tri-cep work…with or without the optional addition of light weights. We’ll play with third warriors and and vinyasas. We’ll get a challenging lunging series for legs, and some seat shaping as well. Be prepared to breathe through the burn.
