Combine moves from boxing, barre, yoga, martial arts, fitness, and dance in this fully comprehensive mind/body montage. You’ll work the full body, with a little extra love for the legs.

In this strong segment, I create variations on barre work, pilates, dance, and martial arts to work on specific lifting, shaping, and defining of the full body.  We’ll start with a cardio boxing warm-up, then move on to narrow the thighs and tighten the core with wide leg 2nd position pulses… tone & shape the calves with heel lifts.. activate hamstrings and gluteals with crescent knee bends.. and much more! You’ll gain balance and flexibility as well in this challenging and comprehensive series.
