Here are some yummy and healthy smoothie recipes you can easily prepare at home.

Tropical Green Smoothie

½ cup frozen pineapple
½ cup frozen mango
1 orange
1 kiwi
1 cup spinach
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup Zico coconut water

1. Peel the kiwi. Peel the orange.
2. Pour the Zico coconut water into the blender. Add the Frozen pineapple, frozen mango, orange, kiwi, spinach and chia seeds.
3. Blend until smooth.

Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

1 cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen banana
¼ cup walnuts
¼ cup vanilla Designer Whey
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp lemon zest
1 pinch cinnamon
3 tbsp rolled oats
¼ tsp vanilla extract

1. In a blender, add the Zico coconut water, blueberries, banana, walnuts, vanilla Designer Whey, lemon zest, and cinnamon.
2. Blend until smooth and enjoy.

Almond Joy Smoothie

1 cup Chocolate Zico coconut water
1 frozen banana
2 tbsp cacao nibs
3 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbsp almond butter
1 cup spinach
1 pinch cinnamon
1/3 cup chocolate Designer Whey

1. In a blender, add the Chocolate Zico coconut water, frozen banana, almond butter, spinach, cacao nibs, shredded coconut, and chocolate Designer Whey.
2. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with additional shredded coconut and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
