Beginning

Reach, stretch & plank your way to the strong streamlined upper body of a dancer. We’ll energize the core, lift & open the heart, and work arms, legs and twists.

This segment also flows through some port de bras work, but moves on quickly to cut the core, with endurance work in curl and boat pose. We’ll energize the legs and the heart rate, with full body streamlining bi-cycles, scissors, and twists ... ALL while engaging deeply in core curls – a much safer and more effective dance-based variation on the traditional sit-ups. Then you’ll get the bonus cardio push of tri-cep push-ups with leg extensions.  Get ready to connect as you flow.
