Get down on your hands & knees for this workout which uses leg lifts to shape & tone the seat, core & legs. We’ll also get some upper body & waist work in, for a fully comprehensive routine.

An all time favorite variation on leg lifts,  this shaping series is done on the hands and knees, and will define the core while you get deep into seat work.  We’ll begin with quick spinal stretches in cat/cow & move right on to kneeling gluteals. Hamstring presses, gluteal lifts and work in ‘pretzel’ pose will have you engaging the full core and powerhouse from waist to knees.  Add to that some hip lifts in side plank along with double pigeon stretches, and you have a complete series of strength & stretch to balance out the lower body.
