This one is all about the breath and the stretch. We’ll open hips, hamstrings and heart. Get open, get deep, get connected, and move your way toward a blissfully supple body, heart, mind & spine.
Just as the title would suggest, this segment is all about surrendering to the breath and the stretch. Port de bras start us out, as we then move on to a deep compass pose flow which will release tension in hips, back, shoulders and hamstrings. You might even catch a quick arm balance or two! Then round out your practice with wide leg stretches and a supine series of twisting, hip opening and low back release. Then quiet the mind & open the heart as you relax your way into your personal ‘savasana’ (corpse pose) for final rest.
