In this most basic intro, you’ll go through several sun salutations and learn various ‘vinyasa ’options, and even some Sanskrit terminology. So wake up the body with this gentle spinal stretching series designed to safely build-up heat. Full body warm up.

This segment is great for the novice or the yoga pro. We’ll begin with an inspiring quote before starting the traditional Vinyasa ‘sun salute series’. Designed to lengthen the spine, deepen the breath and prepare the body for flow, these sun salutations will also introduce you to some basic terms in ‘sanskrit’ (the language of vinyasa flow) which will help de-mystify the practice of yoga. We’ll wake up the body with forward folds, heat openers, planks and down dogs in a beautifully circular flow.
