Staying active in our wind-down, we will play with challenging standing stretches , and boat poses to streamline the core & cultivate balance. Then bring it down to the mat for final comprehensive stretches and rest.
Staying active and present, even in our ‘wind down’, we’ll play with a transition from Down Dog to a beautiful heart opening, back-bending, front body stretch in Rockstar pose. Then onto the lengthening and strengthening elongation of triangle pose and triangle twist. Moving on to stretch the quads & legs and hips in runners’ stretches will comprehensively open up the body to absorb all the benefits of the energetic athletic portion of our earlier practice. Get core work in ‘boat pose’ and twisting stretches on your back for a full body energetic de-tox.
