This video targets the full body with an emphasis on upper body definition. You’ll get a blissful burn in arms, abs, chest, back & shoulders… with some bonus fun in balance & legs.

This is a real heart-pumper. We’ll start right in with some high energy standing/reaching cardio moves. Form there, we’ll couple cardio with serious strength training as we incorporate burpees and Navy Seal drills… all with modified options as you work toward building your strength. We’ll then keep the endurance going with side-body streamlining waist work in side planks, core busting for-arm planks, and balancing hip strengtheners. We’ll finish off with yet another cardio blast in push-ups and hill climbers. Get ready to sweat!
