Middle

This segment will flow with lunges, crescents and plank work to shape and tone the entire physique, with a hard-core emphasis on the lower body. From glutes & hamstrings, to thighs and abs, we’ll get all over tone.

This segment will shape, tone and define your body from crown to core! incorporating our standard vinyasa series throughout, we’ll get deep in hamstrings, thighs and gluteals for all around lower body work. Twisting crescents will flow into some additional work for the side body and arms. We’ll get deep core cuts & back/ shoulder strength with plank variations. Then on to standing splits and chair to round out the full body burn.
