This segment will flow you from arms & abs to twists & crescents. An all-encompassing sequence that gets into all areas of the physique for a well-rounded, full body workout.

Arms, abs, twists and crescents shape us into a machine of strength and endurance, in this heart pumping flow. We’ll play again with all our Warrior poses, and deepen our practice of half moons and twisting half moons. ‘Practice makes perfect’ with this deepening flow. We’ll then get serious about the legs in a warrior flow, and the core in a ‘boat pose’ sequence. An all-encompassing workout that will leave you feeling energized!
