We’ll get the body burning & moving with this full stretch, strength & streamlining workout with an emphasis on toning arms & sculpting abs.

This energetic segment begins with standing leg lifts to elevate the heart rate and get you moving safely. From there we’ll explore different levels and intensities of planks and push-ups… adding hamstring lifts, seat work and hip drops to target the full body. The emphasis also incorporates deep core work to tone and flatten the obliques, transverse abs, and the front abdominal wall. You’ll increase flexibility with downward dogs, fluid movements and spinal lengthening. We’ll get tri-cep pushups with leg extensions, so the heart rate will elevate in intervals, giving you maximum fat burning benefits.
