Beginning

Using vinyasas & basic warrior positions, this sequence will help you link breath to movement, meditation and strength. Full body warm-up.

The natural follow-up to sun salute A, this series will build on the basics, adding heat to the body’s warm up flow. A strong sequence, sun salute B will add chair poses and warriors to the comprehensive basics of sun salute A. we’ll also deepen our exploration of the ‘vinyasa series’ which takes us from plank, to our strengthening yoga pushups to the glorious back-bending of upward facing dog.
