Beginning

A fun, flowing variation on the basic sun salutations. This sequence will warm you up safely & build heat with yoga push-ups, warriors, vinyasas and chair poses.

A fun & deeply flowing segment, which adds playful variations to A and B salutations. You’ll learn how to let the deep yoga breath initiate the strong & powerful yoga postures and transitions. We’ll heat up the core, legs and arms with crescent lunges, standing balances, and chair poses. This is a great segment to use as a base before moving on to warrior segments. The spine will get extension, forward folding, back-bendng and twisting for a comprehensive dynamic suppleness, which is the KEY to youthfulness.
