In this flowing sequence, you’ll detox & clarify with lots of purifying twists.  We’ll narrow the waist, tone the arms and get deep in the legs and seat. With this full body flow, you’ll move with your breath and find the edge of your endurance.

Get ready to take your practice to the next level! This series is all about strong, challenging, detoxifying and purifying twists. Aid the body’s digestion and functioning with this series that also keeps the spine safe and limber to support a lifetime of athleticism. We’ll get right into the heat with a flow in chair twists and a lot of vinyasas. We’ll deepen the burn with twists in crescent and core work in planks and side planks. Take modified options offered until you build the strength in your body through practice.
