Beginning

Add a cardio-flow element to your full upper body work with this intense, yet fun & flowing full body sequence with an emphasis on arms, chest, back & shoulders.

Hit the ground running with this intense upper body & core flow. From cardio leg lifts to energizing sun salutations, we’ll get off to a high energy start. We’ll then fire up the arms & abs in plank work with some challenging variations, and get cardio intervals as well. You can grab a set of light weights for some sustained work in shoulders, core, chest, arms, and full back. Or just use the weight of your own body until you build up the strength with practice. You’ll be cut in no time flat!
