Beginning with a deep & challenging vinyasa, we’ll move on to all kinds of warrior positions… from ‘peaceful’, to ‘humble’, to ‘dancing’. We’ll get Warriors 1, 2 and 3 in this challenging breath based flow. Designed to peak the interest of the novice or the strongest athlete, there are options offered for EVERYONE so that you’ll never plateau & will continue to be challenged as you advance your yoga practice. In additon to all this strengthening, you’ll get vibrant heart openers, folds and lunges. Get ready to sweat and smile!
