We’ll get deep in our core while building flexibility and targeting front & side waist.

This one is all about the core! we’ll warm up with a few heated vinyasa series, then move right to the mat to narrow the waist, flatten the abdominals, define the transverse core, and gain strength at our center. From curls, and core twists to bicycles and scissors… be prepared to sweat and move as we get precision work for those hard to target core muscles.
