In this segment, we’ll get lower body work in chair flow, as well as some great hip-opening, balancing, and final stretching to build & maintain suppleness in the spine.

Though primarily a twisting and purifying wind-down, NO ‘Blissful Fitness’ segment would be complete without a good amount of strength training thrown in as well! So we’ll start off with some burn in chair pose and do a progressive fitness flow in chair… adding hip openers and shoulder stretches. From here, we’ll balance and bend our way to flexible bodies, supple spines, and open hearts! Get the basics on poses like pigeon, and rock -star to round out your challenging playlist.
