Think full body strengthening in a fitness/yoga fusion flow. We’ll vinyasa our way to pulsing warrior 2s, and a flowing side warrior series. The full body will be energized & hard working this entire segment, with a few MUCH needed moments of downward dog “rests” in between to keep up with our interval theme. From yoga push-ups to extending triangle poses, you’ll be working and lengthening head to toe!
