Designed to burn & blast away weakness, this intense segment will bring on the sweat, so remember to breathe. We’ll fire up legs, butt, core, and arms as we move toward a body-changing burn. We’ll flow and vinyasa our way through:
- crescent / dancing crescent lunges
- tricep work in lunges
- dancing curtsey lunges
- deep standing twists
- a few final stretches
