This workout is JUST that. A full body focused segment that will burn & blast away weakness! Get strong, get fit & get moving with this lunging, twisting, curtseying, flow.

Designed to burn & blast away weakness, this intense segment will bring on the sweat, so remember to breathe. We’ll fire up legs, butt, core, and arms as we move toward a body-changing burn. We’ll flow and vinyasa our way through:

  • crescent / dancing crescent lunges
  • tricep work in lunges
  • dancing curtsey lunges
  • deep standing twists
  • a few final stretches
